RDD Leh celebrates Iconic week in all blocks, panchayats

Leh, April 18: The Rural Development Department, Leh celebrated the Ionic week from April 12 to 18 in all the blocks and panchayats of the district, focusing on different themes, under the aegis of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration.
The Iconic week celebration highlighted the significance of different themes to raise awareness among the villagers.
The themes included Poverty free and Enhanced Livelihood village, a healthy village, a child-friendly village, water sufficient village, a clean and green village, a self-sufficient infrastructure in the village, a socially secured village, and the village with good-governance and engendered development
