    KARGIL, DECEMBER 15, 2021: Nehru Yuva Kendra Kargil under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India today organized a declamation contest on patriotism and nation building with the theme Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas.
    The program started with welcome address by Jigmat Spaldon, District Youth Officer, Nehru Yuva Kendra Kargil, Ladakh.
    The objective of the contest was to inculcate spirit of nationalism and patriotic feelings among youth and masses for enhanced participation in nation building.
    The program aimed to identify youth with leadership qualities and good communication skills for their further development and empowerment to take lead in popularizing flagship schemes of the government.
    Additional District Magistrate Tsering Motup was the chief guest on the occasion, while judges of the occasion were Dr. Rinchen Dolkar women scientist, Aga Syed Mustafa Assistant Professor and Jaffer Ali (master).
    The program was attended by around 18 youth hailing from different blocks of Kargil district.
    The panel of three judges evaluated performance of the participants and declared Yasmeen Akhtar from Sammar Pashkum as the first prize winner followed by Muhammad Ishaq from Gogma Purtikchy as second winner and Kaneez Fatima from Ando Pashkum as third winner.

    The program concluded with certificate distribution to the position holders.
