Moses Kunzang Director FCS&CA, Additional Registrar Cooperatives, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports takes stock of infrastructure dev. works at Drass.

Kargil, May 25, 2023:
Director FCS&CA, Additional Registrar Cooperatives, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports, Moses Kunzang today took stock of infrastructure developmental works of departments under his charge at Drass.
He was accompanied by District Youth Services and Sports Officer Kargil, TSO Drass and Supervisor Cooperatives Drass besides other concerned officers.
At the construction site of International Level Horse Polo Ground which is developing at a cost of Rs 6 cr and 84 lakhs under the Special Development Package (SDP), the JD directed the concerned engineer to speed up the pace of construction work of stadium at polo ground and complete it till September this year so the LG Polo Championship can be organized in the new Polo Ground.
Kunzang also inspected the construction work of Ice Hockey Rink being developed at a cost of Rs 9 crore 81 lakh under the SDP.
The concerned engineer informed the officer that the remaining work including development of truss will be completed within this working season.
Kunzang directed the concerned officers, engineers, contractors to complete the reaming work as soon as possible so that youth can take benefits of these developmental projects. He also directed to use high-quality material in the construction work.
Later, Kunzang held a brief meeting with PET teachers of the area in which he gave a patient hearing to the grievances and issues of the officials. He later visited the office of the Assistant Registrar Cooperatives and interacted with the staff.
