FMD vaccination camp held in Lingshed

Leh, July 30: Department of Animal Husbandry, Khaltsi organised a vaccination and awareness camp on Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in Linghsed village.
Block Veterinary Officer, Khaltsi, Dr Sonam Dolker explained to the farmers the importance and need of FMD vaccination and also briefed about the different schemes of the department.
Animal Husbandry Department, Khalsti also distributed mineral mixtures free of cost to the farmers during the camp. A total of 65 farmers attended the awareness camp.
