EC Mohsin Ali inaugurates 2nd State Trial for 5th Elite National Women Boxing Championship Assures all out support to Sports Association

KARGIL, OCTOBER 09, 2021: Executive Councilor for Health Mohsin Ali today inaugurated the 2nd State Trial for 5th Elite National Women’s Boxing Championship at Boxing Rink SAI Centre Kargil which is likely to be held at Haryana from 20th to 27th October, 2021.
` The trial is the first one for nationals held at Kargil.
District Youth Services and Sports Officer Kargil Muhammad Hussain Rehnuma, President Qurash and Qazaqurash Association of Ladakh and General Secretary District Olympic Association Kargil Syed Mehrajuddin Shah, General Secretary Ladakh Taekwondo Association Anayat Ali, General Secretary Wushu Association Ladakh Safdar Ali and Sadiq Shalti Senior Archery Coach and Shabir Hussain Vice President Ladakh Amateur Boxing Association were present on the occasion.
It was informed on the occasion that 8 senior players from both the districts are participating in the camp.
Mohsin Ali congratulated the Ladakh Armateur Boxing Association for conducting regular trials and sending players for nationals time and again. He assured that he will take up the issue of Sports Association and funding related development of sports activities in the district with the CEC, LAHDC, Kargil.
Reiterating the commitment of the LAHDC Kargil towards the promotion of sports culture in the district, EC Mohsin Ali wished the players a better future, urging them to concentrate on their fitness and techniques so that they can bring laurels to the UT Ladakh.
