    98 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 160 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, May 07: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 98 positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday and all the positive reports were received by CMO Leh.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 160 patients yesterday. Out of which 142 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and 18 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 1432; 1220 in Leh district and 212 in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 417 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 24 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Wednesday.
