6 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 12 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, Jul 29: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of six new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday, and all six were in Leh. While a total of 3308 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 870 and Kargil: 2438 were found negative.
    No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 12 patients yesterday, eight from Leh and four from Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 64; 56 in Leh and eight in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 1788 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 60 and 651 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
