5 new positive case reports in UT Ladakh; 13 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Sept.28: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, five positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday from Leh. While a total of 1050 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 573 and Kargil: 477 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 13 patients yesterday from Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 148; 144 in Leh and 4 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1698 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 330 and 487 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
