47 patients cured and discharged 33 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh;

Leh, Jun 17: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 33 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 25 were reported in Leh and eight in Kargil. While, a total of 3513 sample reports in UT Ladakh; Leh: 2177 and Kargil: 1336 were found negative yesterday.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 47 patients yesterday. Out of which 35 patients were discharged in Leh and 12 in Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 538; 400 in Leh and 138 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 709 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 280 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post yesterday and 356 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi check post
