38 positive cases reported in UT Ladakh; 28 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Nov 26: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, 38 new positive samples report of Covid-19 were received yesterday. 34 were received by CMO Leh and 4 by CMO Kargil. While a total of 1369 sample reports in UT Ladakh. Leh: 677 and Kargil: 653 were found negative.
One death from Covid-19 was reported in Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 28 patients. All were discharged by CMO Leh.
With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 235; 216 in Leh and 19 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1059 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 117 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post.
