    33 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 31 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, Jun 22: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 33 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 27 were reported in Leh and six in Kargil. While, a total of 3996 sample reports in UT Ladakh; Leh: 2095 and Kargil: 1901 were found negative yesterday.
    No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 31 patients yesterday. Out of which 19 patients were discharged in Leh and 12 in Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 365; 268 in Leh and 97 in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 1357 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 368 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post yesterday and 136 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi check post.
