    26 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 75 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, Jun 19: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 26 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 18 were reported in Leh and eight in Kargil. While, a total of 3102 sample reports in UT Ladakh; Leh: 1857 and Kargil: 1245 were found negative yesterday.

    No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.

    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 75 patients yesterday. Out of which 62 patients were discharged in Leh and 13 in Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 433; 304 in Leh and 129 in Kargil district.

    The bulletin further informs that 1019 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 347 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post yesterday and 413 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi check post.
