    135 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 130 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, May 12: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 135 positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 89 reports were received by CMO Leh and 46 positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil.

    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 130 patients yesterday. Out of which 100 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and 30 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 1452; 1212 in Leh district and 240 in Kargil district.

    The bulletin further informs that 260 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 48 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Monday.
