ZEO Khaltsi organises assessment camp-cum-environmental building for CWSN in Khaltsi

Leh, Aug 28: An Assessment Camp-cum-Environmental Building for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) in the Khaltsi zone was organised by the Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Khaltsi, Sonam Dolker, at Government Higher Secondary School, Khaltsi.
Nodal officers- Nahida Bano and Rinchen Dolma- explained the importance and need of assessment camp-cum-environmental building for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) to the parents. Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBKS) representatives, Tsering Yangzes and Rigzin Angmo, measured the weight and height of the differently-abled children. Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Stanzin Sonam diagnosed all the disabled children, and Ophthalmologist Dr Skarma Yangchan conducted the vision test on the children.
