UT Ladakh reports no new Covid-19 positive case

Leh, April 24: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, no new positive sample report of Covid-19 was received. No deaths were reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
While a total of 145 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh. 129 sample reports in Leh and 14 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative.
With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 4; all active cases are in Leh district.
The bulletin further informs that 1800 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 86 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post and 18 passengers were screened at Khangral check post.
