UT Ladakh reports no new Covid-19 positive case; 2 patients cured and discharged

Leh, March 28: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, no new positive sample report of Covid-19 was reported. No deaths were reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
While a total of 370 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh. 323 sample reports in Leh and 47 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative.
The bulletin further informs that 02 patients have been cured and discharged. Both of them were discharged by CMO Leh.
With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 16; all the active cases are in Leh district. The bulletin further informs that 2049 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 736 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post and 187 passengers were screened at Khangral check post.
