No new positive sample reported in UT Ladakh; 3 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Oct 23: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, zero positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. While a total of 474 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh:290 and Kargil: 184 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged three patients yesterday and all were discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 40; 39 in Leh 1 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 851 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 204 and 19 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts
