Market checking team inspects Khaltse market

Leh, April 23: On the direction of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khaltse, Suhail Ahmad, a market checking team headed by Tehsildar, Khaltse, Tanveer Ahmad; BMO Khaltse, Dr Chamba Laskit; Tehsil Supply Officer, Khaltse, Tsering Angdus; Incharge SHO, Khaltse and Incharge ARC, Khaltse conducted a surprise inspection of the general stores, vegetable shops and restaurants in the Khaltse market and surrounding areas.
The inspection team imposed a fine of Rs 3100 on the defaulters. The team checked the food/products standards, rate lists, necessary documents and hygiene.
