    Justice Rabstan inaugurates e-Seva & Vidhik Seva Kendra virtually at Leh

    Leh, June 30: Judge, High Court of Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh, Justice Tashi Rabstan, inaugurated e-Seva Kendra and Vidhik Seva Kendra at District Court Complex in Leh virtually.
    Justice Tashi Rabstan stressed the importance of e-Seva and Videk Seva Kendras in the virtual filing of cases in the High Court by the people of Leh district without travelling to Jammu or Srinagar for the same purpose.
    Justice Tashi Rabstan impressed upon the Bar members to avail of the benefits through these Kendras. Justice Tashi Rabstan shared the benefits that a litigant can avail of from such facilities, including the virtual filing of cases in the High Court, the status of the pending cases, next date of hearing, e-stamp papers and e-Mulakat of the prisoners with their relatives.
    Earlier, Principal District and Sessions Judge Leh, Deepak Sethi, gave the welcome speech. Central Project Coordinator, Anoop Kumar, highlighted the relevance of e-Seva Kendra and Vidhik Seva Kendra.
    President Bar Association Leh, Mohammad Shafi, expressed gratitude to Justice Tashi Rabstan for launching these Kendras, which had been a long-pending demand of the Bar Association Leh and the public of Ladakh.
    Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Leh, Spalzes Angmo, gave the vote of thanks. The programme was moderated and conducted by Sub-Judge/Secretary DLSA, Leh, Phuntsog Angmo.
