Incharge SDM Zanskar assesses damage caused by fire incident

KARGIL, JAN 04, 2023: Incharge SDM Zanskar, Tsewang Rigzin accompanied by officials of Revenue Department today visited Phay Thang village where he assessed damage and losses caused by a fire incident on January 03.
The Lambardar of the village informed that the fodder and ration stocked for winter season turned in to ashes and one cattle was also charred to death during the fire incident.
The Lambardar thanked villagers for their quick response in controlling the fire from further damage and for safely evacuating cattle. In charge SDM assured to provide fodder for the cattle and relief to the affected family.
