Good Governance Week celebrations continue across Kargil, 547 LRCs issued

KARGIL, DECEMBER 23, 2021: As part of celebrations of Good Governance Week under Azadi Ka Amrut Mohotsav, a total of 547 Ladakh Residence Certificates (LRCs) besides other certificates were issued in Kargil district today during special camps.
As per the progress report of the Good Governance Week issued by Revenue Department, in Kargil district, a total of 547 Ladakh Residence Certificates (LRCs), 82 ST certificates, 71 income certificates, 06 RBA certificates, 19 Mutation Warasat certificates, 192 abstracts, 73 Chula Fires, 45 electoral roll copies, 02 relief assessment certificates and 04 property certificates were issued.
Special camps were organized at Barsoo Sub Division Sankoo,Dagbanglow Darchik Tehsil Kargil for villagers of Garkun Darchik and Chulichan, Bembat Tehsil Drass, Shakar Sub Division Shakar Chiktan, Shargole HQ, Taisuru HQ Sub Division Sankoo and Zanskar.
As part of the Good Governance Week, SDMs, Tehsildars of Kargil district are organizing special events in their respective headquarters to resolve public grievances.
LRCs, ST certificates, income certificates, married/unmarried certificates, mutations, abstract copies of Jamabandi, Girdari and mutations of part-e Patwar, Chulla-Firist, electoral roll copy, relief assessment and disposal of revenue cases are covered as part of celebrations of Good Governance Week which started on December 20 and will conclude on December 26.
