EC Mohsin visits Forest Bagh Pilung Chu Shargole, Forest Bagh Shakardo Shakar, attends plantation drive

KARGIL, JUNE 16, 2022: Executive Councilor Forest & Wildlife, LAHDC, Kargil Mohsin Ali along with Divisional Forest Officer Kargil, SDM Shakar Chiktan and Range Officer Kargil on Wednesday visited Forest Bagh Pilung Chu Shargole, Forest Bagh Shakardo Shakar and attended institutional plantation function organized by Forest Department at Govt. High School, Hagniss.
During the plantation drive, 60 different kinds of trees were planted in the institution in presence of students, teaching faculty and headmaster of the institution.
Headmaster Govt. High School, Hagniss welcomed the dignitaries and thanked the Forest Department Kargil for initiating the process for planting different kinds of trees in their institution and put forth some issues before the Executive Councilor.
On the occasion, the EC stressed upon the students to plant trees in their area to protect and maintain ecological balance in the Sub Division and assured the headmaster that the genuine demands will be redressed in due course of time.
