District Admn intensifies random inspection of hotels

Leh, June 05: Intensifying its drive, the District Administration, Leh, inspected around 16 hotels in Leh town.
The inspection team found two tourists with RAT report instead of the mandatory RT PCR report. The team took action against them and imposed a fine. Both the tourists were placed in quarantine in a hotel for a week.
Similarly, the team collected fine from tourists without masks and imposed fines on hotels found violating Covid-19 SOPSs.
The District Administration repeatedly appeals to the hoteliers and the tourists to follow the Covid-19 SOPs and Covid appropriate behaviour.
