DIET Leh celebrates Bhoti Language Day

Leh, April 04: The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Leh celebrated Bhoti Language Day at their campus today.
Member of Parliament, Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal was the chief guest of the occasion. Other eminent scholars of the Bhoti language, such as Ven Thupstan Palden; Former Assistant Commissioner, Tsewang Dorjey; Senior Editor, Cultural Academy, Leh, Dr Thupstan Norboo; Former, Principal, Government Higher Secondary School Baima, Tsering Dorjey were also present.
All the guests expressed their views on the importance of the Bhoti language and the observance of Bhoti Language Day.
Principal, DIET, Leh, Tsetan Dorjey and all the staff members of DIET Leh were present on the occasion.
