DC Kargil chairs meeting on market valuation for 2022

KARGIL, DECEMBER 29, 2021: Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC Kargil, Santosh Sukhadeve today chaired a meeting of officers regarding market rate valuation for the year 2022, in his office chamber.
The Deputy Commissioner held a detailed discussion with the District Valuation Committee regarding rate fixation of land of rural, urban areas along with market value of urban areas including buildings and properties.
The Committee proposed increasing in rates up to 5 percent and increasing valuation of double-crop areas up to 10 percent in the district and submitting the same to Divisional Valuation Board for approval.
The meeting was attended by Additional Commissioner Revenue (ACR), Abdul Gaffar Zargar, District Panchayat Officer (DPO), Padma Angmo, Chief Agriculture Officer (CAO) Kacho Muhammad Khan, Executive Engineer R&B 2nd, Kacho Mehboob Ali Khan, In charge District Forest Officer (DFO) Ali Raza, Executive Officer Municipal Committee (MC), Shafaqat Ali Khan, Tehsildar Kargil Mohammad Saleem Wazir besides other concerned officers.
