Councilor 18 Gund Mangalpore Constituency Aga Syed Mehdi Fazily takes charge of Executive Councillor

KARGIL, JUNE 01, 2022: Councilor 18 Gund Mangalpore Constituency LAHDC Kargil, Aga Syed Mehdi Fazily today took the charge of Executive Councillor Horticulture, Animal & Sheep Husbandry, Social Welfare and Handloom Department replacing EC Aga Syed Hassan Armaan.
Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor (CEC), LAHDC, Kargil, Feroz Ahmad Khan, outgoing Executive Councillor and sitting Councillor 19-Saliskote Syed Hassan Armaan, Executive Councillor Works Syed Abass Razvi, Councilor Town, Haji Muhammad Abass, Councilor Chuliskambo Altaf Hussain, Councilor Thasgam-Thuina Abdul Raheem, President J&K National Conference Kargil unit Haji Muhammad Haneefa Jan and prominent citizens of Saliskote and GM Pore Constituency were present during the event.
On the occasion, the CEC said the outgoing EC has completed his tenure with utmost dedication, commitment and honesty and 4th LAHDC Kargil is making efforts for overall development of the district.
CEC Khan said he has found Syed Hassan Armaan a dynamic leader who has better understanding of public issues.
Speaking on the occasion, outgoing Executive Councillor Syed Hassan Armaan said that he was fortunate to have an opportunity to serve the people of Kargil.
He said that he had made all possible efforts to address public issues. He also said the 4th LAHDC Kargil successfully served the public to the best of their abilities in the worst of situations including the Covid-19 pandemic. Armaan appreciated and thanked the Chairman & CEC LAHDC Kargil for his robust stewardship during the entire duration.
Welcoming Aga Syed Mehdi into Executive Council, CEC Khan expressed optimism that Aga Syed Mehdi will bring new experiences to the functioning of the Executive Council of 4th LAHDC Kargil.
On the occasion, Aga Syed Mehdi expressed gratitude to the executives of LAHDC Kargil led by Chairman Feroz Ahmad Khan and party executives of the National Conference for giving him a chance to serve the LAHDC.
He said LAHDC Kargil has been functioning smoothly under the able leadership of the CEC and all sincere efforts will be taken for the smooth functioning of developmental activities under his portfolio.
JKNC Kargil unit President Muhammad Hanifa Jan also addressed the event and shared his thoughts.
