Chairman KVIC called on CEC Leh

Leh, Sep 29: The Chairman Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, Vinai Kumar Saxena called on the Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Advocate Tashi Gyalson today.
Discussed various issues and probabilities for promoting local entrepreneurs and providing opportunities under the guidance of KVIC. They also deliberated about supporting local entrepreneurs under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP).
CEC Gyalson also requested KVIC Chairman to extend benefits in providing loans for purchasing Taxis under the same scheme to the beneficiaries of UT Ladakh on the existing pattern of UT of Andaman and Nicobar Island and the North-Eastern states of India.
The Chairman KVIC was accompanied by Dy CEO Marketing, KVIC, and Director KVIC, J&K.
