    KARGIL, AUGUST 31, 2021: Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan on Monday convened a meeting of concerned officers to discuss various logistics and other necessary arrangements with regard to the conduct of 5 Day Multi Super Speciality Camp to be organized by Al-Reza Health Care and Research Foundation Kargil in collaboration with Health Department Kargil from 4th to 8th September, 2021 at Inquilab Manzil Kargil.
    Executive Councilor for Health Mohsin Ali, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kargil Tsering Motup, Executive Engineer PHE Division Kargil Subhash Chandra, Medical Superintendent Kargil Dr Liyaqat Ali Khan, Deputy Chief Medical Officer Kargil Kargil Dr Muhammad Abbas, representatives from Al-Reza Health Care and Research Foundation Kargil besides other concerned officers were present during the meeting.
    During the course of the meeting, President Al-Reza Health Care and Research Foundation Kargil Dr Muhammad Abbas said that the aim of the 5 Day Multi Super Speciality Camp is to provide free of cost treatment for the marginalized sections of the society. While informing the detailed schedule of the camp, he said that specialist doctors from national and international hospitals are visiting Kargil for the camp including renowned International Knee and Hip Replacement Surgeon, Trauma Specialist and Stem Cell Transplant Surgeon Dr Badar Azam Khan, Gynecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon Dr Usha, Psychiatrist Dr Majeed, Pulmonologist Dr Muhammad Shamim and
    Ophthalmologist Dr Manzoor-ul-Mehdi.
    He further said that surgeries will be conducted at District Hospital Kargil and OPDs at Al-Reza Office Inquilab Manzil Kargil.
    Necessary arrangements and logistic support like uninterrupted power supply, safe drinking water, operation theater, trauma unit, additional manpower, requirement of Physiotherapist, Theater Assistant, Anesthesia Assistant, Ortho Assistant Nurses, Pharmacists and other necessary needs were discussed threadbare and decisions were taken accordingly.
    CEC Feroz Khan while underlining the importance of the multispeciality camp for the needy patients assured that the LAHDC, Kargil will extend full support to Al-Reza Health Care and Research Foundation for its successful execution in the interest of the public at large.He also directed the concerned officers of PHE, PDD, Health, MC Kargil and other concerned departments to ensure all timely arrangements for the health camp.
    Meanwhile, appreciating the relentless social services of Al-Reza Health Care and Research Foundation especially for the benefit of the marginalized sections of the society, CEC Feroz Ahmad Khan urged the representatives to provide maximum benefits to the deserving patients through this camp, adding he requested them to prioritize the patients list according to their treatment needs.
