    7 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 11 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, Jul 20: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of seven new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday, and all were reported in Leh. While a total of 2727 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 955 and Kargil: 1772 were found negative.
    No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 11 patients yesterday, eight in Leh and three in Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 99; 83 in Leh and 16 in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 1265 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 109 and 1265 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts respectively.
