4 new positive cases reports in UT Ladakh;5 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Sept.11: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, four positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday, three in Leh and one in Kargil. While a total of 1402 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 681 and Kargil: 721 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 5 patients yesterday from Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 39; 35 in Leh and 4 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 2386 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 472 and 342 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
