    4 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 4 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, Jul 15: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of four new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday, two each in Leh and Kargil. While a total of 2982 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 1282 and Kargil: 1700 were found negative.
    No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged four patients yesterday, two each in Leh and Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is at 113; 84 in Leh and 29 in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 1727 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 171 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post and 1052 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi check post.
