    333 cases disposed of during National Lok Adalat in Leh district

    Leh, Dec 13: A total of 333 cases were disposed of during the National Lok Adalat comprising two benches at District Court Complex in Leh on 11 December.
    Two benches were constituted to dispose of the cases. Bench 1 comprised Principal District & Sessions Judge Leh, Deepak Sethi and Advocate Gombo Stobgyal. Similarly, Bench No 2 comprised Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Leh, Spalzes Angmo and Secretary, Bar Association Leh, Deachen Angmo.
    Both benches of National Lok Adalat disposed of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (MACT) cases, bank cases, matrimonial cases, criminal compoundable cases, civil cases, labour disputes, electricity matters, cases under MC Act and traffic challans. 333 out of 438 cases were disposed of by both benches during the National Lok Adalat. The settlement amount stood at Rs 29,40,762.
