    251 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 131 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, May 06: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 251 positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 182 reports were received by CMO Leh and 69 positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil.

    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 131 patients yesterday. Out of which 115 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and 16 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 1494; 1264 in Leh district and 230 in Kargil district.

    The bulletin further informs that 431 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 12 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Tuesday.
