    23 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 14 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, Jul 14: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 23 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday, 22 in Leh and one in Kargil. While a total of 2551 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 1319 and Kargil: 1232 were found negative.
    No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 14 patients yesterday. Out of which 10 patients were discharged in Leh and four in Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 113; 84 in Leh and 29 in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 1233 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 68 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post and 765 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi check post.
