    145 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 315 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, Apr 27: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 145 positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 138 reports were received by CMO Leh and seven positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 315 patients yesterday. Out of which 306 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and nine patients were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 1857; 1758 in Leh district and 99 in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 912 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 73 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Sunday and five passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at screening point Upshi on Sunday.
