    125 new positive cases in UT Ladakh; 184 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, May 25: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 125 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 92 reports were received by CMO Leh and 33 positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil.
    No death was reported from UT Ladakh yesterday.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 184 patients yesterday. Out of which 147 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and 37 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is at 1463; 1249 in Leh district and 214 in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 277 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 199 passengers, including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles, were screened at Khaltsi check post and 132 passengers, including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles, were screened at Upshi check post.
