    10 positive cases reported in UT Ladakh; 3 patients cured and discharged

    Leh, Oct 31: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, ten new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of which 9 positive samples reports were received by CMO Leh and 1 received by CMO Kargil. While a total of 587 sample reports in UT Ladakh. Leh:345 and Kargil: 232 were found negative.
    No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
    The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged three patients yesterday by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 65; 60 in Leh and 5 in Kargil district.
    The bulletin further informs that 747 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 285 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post.
