10 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 22 patients cured and discharged

Leh, October 4: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, ten new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday, all ten in Leh. While a total of 1547 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 412 and Kargil:327 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged twenty two patients yesterday, all were discharged from Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 52; 47 in Leh and 5 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1547 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 412 and 327 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
