1 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 6 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Oct 10: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, one new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. While a total of 403 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 354 and Kargil: 48 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged six patients yesterday, all were discharged from Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 55; 52 in Leh and 3 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1850 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 100 and 167 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
